Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times As an online retail store, we source our products from trusted international suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 🇿🇦 South Africa: 7-20 business days
- 🌍 Africa (Rest of): 14-30 business days
- 🌐 International: 14-35 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
